Refund Delay After 2 Business Days

Process

1. Provide your order number to customer support for us to check the real-time refund record in our system.
2. If the system confirms the refund has been issued successfully, the delay usually comes from the receiving bank. Funds may take 1–3 business days or longer to arrive in your account, depending on different bank processing speeds.
3. You may contact your bank directly to inquire about the fund transfer progress when such delays happen.
