Process
- After the returned goods pass warehouse inspection, funds will be refunded to your original payment account automatically.
- Refunds usually take 1–3 business days to arrive. Delays may be caused by bank internal processing procedures.
Notice
If you still fail to receive the refund a long time after we complete the refund process, please contact your bank to check pending incoming transactions.
