Process
- Return standard: Items must be sent back with original packaging, plastic bags and intact hang tags. We will check the condition before accepting returns.
- Rule for missing/damaged packaging: Returns and refunds will not be approved if original packaging is lost or damaged.
Notice
If you cannot complete the return, you may use the item yourself, give it as a gift or resell it on second-hand platforms. Feel free to contact us for other questions.
