Return Label Validity Period

Validity Period: Return labels are valid for 7 days upon issuance, as required by our logistics partner.

 

Expiry Consequence: The return access will be closed automatically once expired. No new label, return or refund can be processed afterwards.

 

Please arrange shipment within the 7-day validity period. If the label expires, you may keep the item, or consider gifting, reselling it on local platforms, or reserving it for later use. Contact us if you have any questions.
