1. We cannot provide free returns for size mismatch problems, as this does not count as a product quality defect.
2. According to the official return policy posted on our website, all non-quality related returns will be charged a return fee of 19.98 in local currency.
3. This fee covers original outbound shipping, return shipping, as well as cleaning and refurbishment work for returned items to guarantee resale condition.
