Process
- Express shipping fees are collected by couriers for priority processing and fast delivery services. Once the parcel ships, this logistics cost is already generated and non-reversible, even if the package is returned afterward.
- The shipping charge is independent of product prices. Per store rules, it cannot be refunded whether you keep, exchange or return items.
