Process
- Order Processing: After your order is submitted, we normally take 1–4 business days to process it, including stock checking, item packing, and shipping label preparation.
- Shipment Handover: Once processing is finished, we will turn over your parcel to the appointed logistics carrier.
- Shipping Notification: You will receive a shipping confirmation email with an exclusive tracking number right after the carrier picks up your parcel.

We will strictly follow the 1–4 business days processing timeline under normal stock conditions. Peak shopping seasons may bring slight processing delays, we will keep you updated if that happens.
